General Wildlife Control
Animal Trapping is usually done for skunks, woodchucks, opossum, rats, raccoons, and porcupine. Customers pay a service fee for technicians to inspect the area and/or set traps as appropriate. Customers are then charged a fee for each animal trapped. Customers are responsible for checking traps each morning and calling the office to report trapped animals. Technicians will then remove trapped animals and then reset/re-bait or remove traps, as necessary. In some cases where animals may be inside a building or enclosed area, a one way door may be installed in addition to the trapping, for an additional fee. There is no guarantee that animals will be caught or that new animals will not become a nuisance later.
If target animals return within 2 weeks from technician’s last call, Advanced Wildlife Control will reset traps at no charge (although there will be a charge for any animals trapped).
Trapping “programs” are usually set-up for chipmunks, moles/voles and mice. The customer is charged a “weekly” fee, which includes 1-3 visits by the technicians to check traps, remove trapped animals and reset or remove traps as appropriate. Additional weeks can usually be purchased, as needed, at a lower cost than the initial week. Trapping Programs are usually a form of population control and are not “guaranteed” to permanently rid of targeted animals. Prices and methods vary depending on the situation and wildlife/rodents involved. Please call for more information.
