We will touch up any areas needing attention and get you tightened back up so that you can enjoy another year of critter-free living! The total cost for this service is $200.
Make sure to follow the warranty guidelines at all times to ensure no lapse in your coverage. When in doubt contact us especially in the event any exterior modifications to the home are to be done. This includes but not limited to: roofing, siding, additions, etc. as these types of modifications can render some or all of this warranty invalid. Our wildlife control experts can advise accordingly to avoid any interruptions and help mitigate the reentry and reinfestation of critters if needed to avoid any damage.
