Did you know we offer adjustable Renewable and Transferable Warranties?

The Advanced Wildlife Control Warranty offers peace of mind that our work is covered. Our Warranty is not only transferable if you sell your home, but it can also be renewed with inspections at the end of the term. This offers a value that can be presented if you are listing the home.

Assuring a home has had preventative work to keep you protected from Bats and Flying Squirrels in New England has a great deal of value. The damage they do is not covered under most homeowner policies.

As always our initial inspections are always free to assure you can uncover issues before the home inspection that may hold up a sale.

Need to Renew an Advanced Wildlife Control Warranty?

Over time New England’s weather and ground settling with shifting can break down the integrity of our preventative work.  To extend the warranty our techs come out and reinspect all of our work. We will touch up any areas needing attention and get you tightened back up so that you can enjoy another year of critter-free living! The total cost for this service is $200.

Make sure to follow the warranty guidelines at all times to ensure no lapse in your coverage. When in doubt contact us especially in the event any exterior modifications to the home are to be done.  This includes but not limited to: roofing, siding, additions, etc. as these types of modifications can render some or all of this warranty invalid. Our wildlife control experts can advise accordingly to avoid any interruptions and help mitigate the reentry and reinfestation of critters if needed to avoid any damage.

Whether you are in a home and planning to stay, listing or searching for your new home,  we have put together some tips to help you identify any issues with critters.
We can also recommend some preventative measures to assure critters stay on the outside where they belong.
